Recruitment Procedure

• The process starts when the client provides ASACO with POWER of ATTORNEY (authorizing ASACO to deal on their behalf in recruiting candidates) and DEMAND LETTER (stating required trades, their quantities, their offered salaries and terms & conditions).

• On receipt of Power of Attorney and Demand Letter, ASACO seek permission from Protector of Emigrant after registering.

• After confirmation of this permission, ASACO advertises the required trades in the national newspapers.

• ASACO then conduct pre-selection interviews and trade tests to short list the relevant candidates.

• ASACO arranges the necessary arrangement for the trade tests if clients sends it representatives for final interviewing.

• Selected candidates are then sent for medical. On receipt of their medical fit reports, ASACO gets approval from client to start their visa process by submitting cases in the embassy for vista stamping or ASACO sends their medical fit reports to client so that they send their work visa paper.

• ASACO then completes the immigration formalities of these visa holding candidates.

• ASACO arranges tickets and passages for the deployment of these candidates.
